1Will my credit card get charged?
Your card will be charged the required deposit.
2Are there any additional fees that I should know about?
Amenity Fee is $13 per night (exclusive of tax)
3Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, as long as the cancellation does not fall within the cancel period.
4What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel without penalty up to 3 days prior to arrival. A 1 night room and tax fee will be charged for any cancellation received on or less than 3 days prior to the arrival date (Hawaii Standard Time). A reservation that was not honored is considered a no-show and the advance deposit will be forfeited. To modify or cancel your reservation, click here

6What time is check-in? Check out?
Standard check in time is after 3pm HST and check out is before 12 noon HST.
7What are your front desk hours & after hours procedures?
Front desk is open 24 hours
8Can I request an early check in or late check out?
You may request for early checkin or late checkout, which will be subject to availability. Fees may apply.
9I didn't receive a confirmation. How can I check if my reservation went through?
If you made an online reservation, you will be receiving an email confirmation. Please check your spam/junk mail folder if you have not received anything. To reconfirm your reservation, you can call our customer representative at (808) 836-1131 or send us an email.
10Can I upgrade my room?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher room category. Call us at (800) 367-5004 and a customer representative will be delighted to assist you.
11Are requests guaranteed?
You may make requests at the time of booking. Please note, requests are not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
12What credit cards are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Carte Blanche, JCB China UnionPay and BC Global.

Unfortunately, we do not.
2Do the rooms include internet access?
Yes, every room offers free WiFi access.
3Do you provide housekeeping service?
We provide daily housekeeping services for your comfort.

5Do you offer smoking rooms?
All our rooms are non smoking in compliance with state law.
6Do you offer ADA rooms?
Yes we do. You can request at booking.

Services & Amenities

1What bath amenities do you provide?
Complimentary bathroom amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, facial soap, and body soap.
2Do you have a pool and Jacuzzi?
We do have a fresh water pool, but no Jacuzzi.
3Do you provide beach or pool towels?
No, but if you need additional towels, please contact the front desk and we will supply you with more!
4How many floors and elevators do you have?
We have 3 floors and an elevator for your convenience.
5What bedding options are available?
Standard and Suite categories include 1 queen or 2 twin beds. Quad rooms include 2 double beds.
6Do You Allow Pets?
Pacific Marina Inn welcomes well behaved pets. Up to 2 dogs or cats are permitted at a cost of $25 each pet per stay fee. Pets that disturb others due to barking or aggression will be asked to leave.

1Do you have a restaurant, if not what are the closest restaurants and distance?
The Lagoon Chinese Restaurant & the Canoe Hut Lounge are located on property. Visit our Amenities page for additional dining options.
2Do you offer room service?
Unfortunately, we do not.

Transportation & Location


1Do you offer shuttle transportation?
Yes, we offer a 24-hour complimentary shuttle to/from Honolulu International Airport.

AIRPORT TO HOTEL: Airport pickup is available 24/7. Upon arrival please call the hotel at 808-836-1131. We will dispatch the shuttle to you and provide pickup location information based on the arrival baggage carousel for your flight.

HOTEL TO AIRPORT: Shuttle service from the hotel to the airport is available 24/7. The shuttle departs the hotel lobby for the airport every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. Please be in the lobby 10 minutes before departure.
2How close are you to the beach?
Since we are located near the airport in an industrial area, we are not located within immediate distance of any swimmable beaches. The closest recommended beach would be Ala Moana Beach Park located about 6 miles away.
3How far are you from the airport?
Less than 1 mile. We offer complimentary shuttle service to/from Honolulu International Airport.
4Do you offer parking?
Yes, parking is available for your first vehicle free of charge. Additional vehicles are charged $10 per night.
